Coaching With Me

Relationship. Authenticity. Integrity.

Coaching is a conversation — but a different kind of conversation.

It’s a space to slow down, think clearly and explore what’s really going on for you. My role isn’t to tell you what to do or give you all the answers. It’s to listen, ask questions, offer a different perspective and challenge your thinking when it might help.

Together, we’ll explore what matters to you and help you find your own way forward.

What matters to me

Relationship

Coaching starts with the relationship. Trust, mutual respect and feeling understood create the foundation for honest conversations and meaningful progress. I want you to feel comfortable enough to explore what’s on your mind, including the things that might be difficult to put into words.

Authenticity

You don’t have to perform, impress or pretend. You can show up as you are, with whatever you’re bringing that day.

I am me. You are you. That’s all we need.

Integrity

I’ll support you, but I won’t simply tell you what you want to hear. Sometimes the most useful conversations involve looking at things differently. I’ll help you do that with honesty, respect, and care, always recognising that the choices you make are yours.

What can we work on?

You don’t need to arrive with a neatly defined problem. Sometimes you simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right, or that you’re ready for something different.

Coaching can give you space to explore things like:

  • Clarity & direction — making sense of where you are and where you want to go.

  • Confidence & self-belief — understanding what’s holding you back and learning to trust yourself.

  • Work & career — navigating change, making decisions, or finding a new sense of direction and purpose.

  • Life transitions & identity — exploring who you’re becoming and what matters to you now.

  • Relationships & communication — understanding patterns, exploring boundaries and finding new ways to relate to others.

  • Purpose & personal growth — reconnecting with what matters and shaping a life that feels more like your own.

These areas often overlap. There’s no need to attach a label to it. We’ll start with where you are.

How I work

Clarity without pressure

We’ll make space for what’s going on and work at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no expectation to have everything figured out.

Honest conversation

I’ll listen, reflect and ask questions that might help you see things differently. No scripts, no judgement and no expectation that you have all the answers.

Support and challenge

I’ll offer support when you need it and gentle challenge when it might help you move forward. The aim isn’t to tell you what to think, but to help you understand yourself and your choices more clearly.

A little about me

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in leadership roles where supporting people to develop, find their confidence and succeed has been a central part of what I do.

Throughout that time, I’ve helped people navigate career decisions, personal challenges and periods of change. It’s taught me that people rarely need someone else to tell them how to live their lives. More often, they need the space to think, feel understood and work out what’s right for them.

I’ve also experienced my own periods of questioning — about identity, purpose and the life I’m living. Those experiences have deepened my belief in the value of being able to talk openly, without judgement or the pressure to have everything sorted.

I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Business Management, a Professional Certificate in Management and a CIPD Certificate in HR Practice. I’m also currently training towards a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

My professional experience, lived experience and ongoing learning all inform how I approach coaching. But most importantly, I’m interested in understanding you — your experiences, your perspective and what matters to you.
