Answering your Questions
Common questions are addressed below, however, if you do have any queries about coaching and what to expect from working with me, please feel free to get in touch.
-
Coaching is for you if you’re feeling stuck, in transition, or simply want more clarity and direction. You don’t need to be in crisis — you just need to be curious about change. If you’re ready to explore what’s possible, coaching can help you move forward with confidence.
-
A coach gives you space to think clearly, challenge old patterns, and make decisions that feel aligned with who you are. People often report more confidence, better boundaries, renewed motivation, and a stronger sense of direction. It’s a place to get unstuck and move with purpose.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people get what they need in 3–6 sessions; others prefer longer-term support as they navigate bigger transitions. We’ll review as we go, and you’ll always stay in control of the pace and length of the work.
-
Your first session is simply a conversation. We explore what’s brought you here, what you’d like to change, and what support looks like for you. There’s no pressure, no tests, no expectations — just a calm space to talk and see if we’re a good fit.

As humans, we love labels. We see terms like ‘life coaching’, ‘career coaching’, ‘resilience coaching’, and it looks like you need to pick the “right” one before you even reach out.
I get why those categories exist, but my approach is different. I don’t start with a label. I start with you.
I work with people on whatever matters most in their life right now, whether that’s:
• Career direction - seeking clarity, confidence, next steps
• Life changes - identity shifts, purpose, feeling stuck
• Resilience - coping, grounding, emotional steadiness
• Relationships - boundaries, communication, patterns
• Confidence - self‑trust, imposter syndrome, self‑belief
• Decision‑making - navigating choices without overwhelm
One session you might want to talk about your career. The next, you might want to explore boundaries, relationships, or something that’s been sitting heavy for a while. That’s normal. That’s human. And that’s the coaching I offer.
For me, effective coaching isn’t about a category, it’s about the relationship. Feeling safe. Feeling understood. Feeling like you can be honest without judgement. That’s the bit that makes the difference.
Like any human connection, it’ll feel right for some people and not for others. That’s okay. If you’re unsure, there’s no pressure.
You’re always welcome to get in touch and see how it feels.
