Counselling

Counselling services are in development - opening to new clients soon.

What to Expect When You Work With Me as a Counsellor

My counselling work is rooted in the same values that guide my coaching - integrity, clarity, authenticity, and confidence.

Counselling with me is a calm, confidential space where you can bring the truth of your experience, even the parts you’ve never said out loud.

It’s a space held with warmth, steadiness, and genuine human connection.

A safe, accepting space

You don’t have to filter yourself here.

You can bring the overwhelm, the uncertainty, the grief, the anger, the numbness — whatever’s present.

My role is to meet you with respect, compassion, and curiosity, not judgement.

A relational approach & space to slow down

The relational focus means we move at your pace, creating space for reflection, understanding, and compassion. That means we pay attention not just to what you’re going through, but how you experience it, how it shows up between us, and what it reveals about your deeper patterns and needs.

It’s human-to-human.

We slow things down so you can actually hear yourself, your body, your feelings, your intuition.

This is where clarity begins.

Gentle challenge when it’s needed

I won’t push you, but I’m also here to help you move on from stories that keep you stuck.

This means, when something needs to be named, I’ll name it, kindly, honestly, and with your wellbeing at the centre.

Support through transition and identity shifts

People seek counselling for different reasons, trauma, career, relationships, anxiety, depression, and more.

Whatever your reason for attending counselling, together, we explore your experiences, who you are, who you’re becoming, what needs to be let go of along the way, and how to help you live a life a life that feels authentic and true to who you are.

A space to reconnect with yourself

Counselling isn’t about ‘fixing’.

It’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced, ignored, or overwhelmed.

From that place, real change becomes possible.

Counselling is an ongoing process of self-discovery: a chance to live with more honesty, acceptance, compassion, and authenticity. A chance to be who you are truly capable of being.
